Trump’s ever-worsening dementia is causing his deep misogyny and obsessive tendencies to go into overdrive. We’re being subjected to the ramblings of a demented old pedophile by a group of capitalist criminals who refuse to depose him. Good times.
I won’t but words in anyone’s mouth… I believe the person you replied to was simply stating that the flaws weren’t that well hidden to anyone paying attention, not that he isn’t a colossal shit stain…
Pretty sure you’re correct. Seems like it’s just a miscommunication around the word ‘deep’, with one person meaning deeply hidden and the other meaning deeply ingrained.
Oh, for sure. The evolution of languages is fascinating, even if the end result is frustrating. It does seem ironic, though, that a language that evolved to help the largest number of people be able to communicate results in such easy miscommunication on a personal level.

His misogyny, along with his racism, ableism, jingoism, etc.isms weren’t that deep. His showman personality was enough to hide his skin-deep defects.
Oh I know, his utter awfulness his entire life was him being good lol He’s legit one of the worst people to ever exist

OK, I think I see what you mean. Leaving my outburst for continuity of the conversation, though.
On a totally unrelated note, I kind of hate the English language sometimes…
It’s because English is really old, older than the USA, it’s picked up loads of random quirks over time https://www.deadlanguagesociety.com/p/how-far-back-in-time-understand-english

At least it’s only going to get worse. This is as good as it’s ever going to be with him.
