Some EMTs use a template to speed up the process of documentation. This may be leftover from that since it wasn’t a false statement. The neck is often assessed if a patient incurs an injury. If indicated, the EMT/Paramedic would apply a rigid cervical collar to protect from further injury.

Paramedic here. I’ve worked in emergency medical services for many years. You absolutely did not waste their time, and like others said, you weren’t even the one who called. To be fully transparent: the annoying calls are for the patients who fake a headache and request ambulance transportation in lieu of calling a taxi (Uber nowadays). Some of the worst calls are for patients that either successfully, or partially, committed suicide. Not only is it nearly impossible to resuscitate them; we always wish they had a friend who they could have talked to to prevent such a thing. You have that friend. Any patient genuinely in need of any medical attention, big or small, is exactly why EMTs and paramedics get into the profession. I am glad you are okay, and I’m glad you find Patient Care Reports (PCRs) mildly interesting.

Haha, yeah when I saw the raw footage I was like, “Man, you really didn’t pull any punches! 😅” He’s so passionate about the game but he also has no filter, lol.

Hey Schamppu! You’re crafting a wonderful game! I liked your recent interview with Eric that explained all the decisions that went into this process. Also, great to see you on Lemmy! I ditched Reddit and haven’t looked back, haha.
I’m sorry for the fluctuation guys. I haven’t had as much time for gaming this past month due to exams and whatnot. I didn’t mean to let you all down.
Sad the internet trolls need so many disclaimers. For example:
I appreciate your post because I switched to Brave maybe 5+ years ago and have been very pleased. I knew of Brave origin, but I had no idea it was free for Linux?! Super good news for me then. The first thing I do on a fresh Brave install is disable all of it’s creature comforts and crypto. By the time I’m done tweaking every setting, it’s as if my browser has short-term memory loss just the way I like it. I don’t need it to remember. I have extensions and bookmarks for things I want to keep track of. For this, Brave has allowed me to say “No” in all the ways other browsers weren’t.

I’ve used planify before but not extensively. I mostly track tasks in Obsidian.
Genuine question: Am I missing something? I use Ubuntu and never use the Snap store. I only use the apt repository to install applications I find online. What is the advantage of Flathub over my current setup?

Super good! Been using T2-Linux (Mint) for a year now and it’s been great. I had to fiddle with the WiFi but everything else works as expected. My work computer died, so I used it as a work laptop for several months with no issues. It pretty much refuses to run any games on Steam, but mine is a MacBook Air and I don’t think its specs would do much in that regard anyways.
I get a “NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID” warning when attempting to open…
