They’re considering it censorship, as they think someone gets to pick and choose what is ‘harmful’ or ‘risky’ - where instead those where just used to describe the current situation as being harmful and risky.
not sure how enforcing chronological feed would constitute censorship, if anything the algorithm deciding what you see is more censored
