IIRC it was the republicans calling the democrates ‘america hating communists’. Interesting that the actual america hating communists call the democrats far right fascists.

It’s not interesting that the left calls America right wing parties fascists, it’s pretty basic stuff but I guess from inside the murder machine the propaganda has you think you’re the good guys.
All this really shows is that people are throwing labels around without meaning.
