Though sometimes people overestimate this sturdiness (or more likely just don’t care). In Romania, or at least in Bucharest, it’s quite common to find rental scooters thrown in the river. Not sure if they’re able to survive it.

Those scooters exist in Romania? I would’ve thought they’d get stolen on Day 1, scrapped for parts and sold online lol.
