A common misconception is that his bicycle trip happened due to the accidental ingestion trough his skin. But like the article says, it was the miscalculated dosage on his second ingestion, which was a purposeful one, that led to the trip. Whenever I read an article about this, I make sure that this is correctly stated, and I’m glad they did a great job here.
