I had leftover nuts and wanted to get rid of them. My first time making biscotti. Turned out well.

Beautiful. Biscotti are one of my favorites to make. So versatile.

I see a walnut in there. What else did you use?

  My mixed nuts had cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, pecans, and macadamia nuts.
