There was an entire thread in AskLemmy dedicated to calling this community misandrists a few weeks ago. Men on Lemmy seem to get very bothered when women gather on our own.
Since then it seems like women or people pretending to be women have taken it upon themselves to call us out on all the things men imagine we do when they’re not around.
It’s funny. I hear people say we bash men all the time but no one’s given an example yet.

Oh yeah, I took great offense to the mischaracterization of this place.

It was pretty telling when that other user could only link back to this conversation and we’re simply nerding out about societal constructs.
Maybe they think intellectual discussions are misandrist when they exclude men.
