Could be a CPAP mask strap mark, but this is better.
it is 100% a CPAP mask. you can see the other strap mark arching toward the top of the nose, and the mask mark across the bridge of the nose.

Pretty sure some folks that own a ball gag would say “mmmmph mmm mmm”. When typing they’d probably just own up to having a ball gag unless they were planning to run for office.
