A new gene therapy is giving people born deaf the chance to hear, often within just weeks. In a small but groundbreaking study, researchers delivered a working copy of a key hearing gene directly into the inner ear using a single injection. All ten patients, ranging from young children to adults, experienced improved hearing, with some showing rapid gains in just one month.

Tinnitus is pretty much a sensory-filtering issue in the brain, so an injection can’t really so much. I believe it can be mostly fixed by sound therapy and other therapies, although I gotta read up on it.

if you are selling therapies. There is no serious treatment for tinnitus.

As I’ve said, I’m not sure, but I have heard that some types of therapies can make it less noticeable, not entirely remove it.
