The photo is an actual photo of her grave on one of Trump’s golf courses. People speculate he buried her there as, of course, some sort of financial scheme. The fact that her grave is unkempt and poorly tended seems to support this fact.
She fell down some stairs and died and Trump got to postpone some hearings.
