While I do agree, there’s apparently a certain breed of ‘content creators’ that specifically film and upload women at the Oktoberfest, explicitly for sexualization.
Yes, there are public places where people commonly become undressed like the beach or the Teufelsrad. But no, you should not just film strangers und upload them for monetary gain.

Still it’s not exactly upskirting filming from where everyone is watching…
