My personal reason for messing up Chick Fil A in my head is because there used to be a different chicken restaurant chain where I grew up called Krispy Chic. Not sure if any are still open, but all the ones in aware of closed down decades ago.

Ehh. Waffle House has the worst grits I’ve ever tasted, and there’s no excuse for that in the South.

Not sure “mutilations and genocide” is much better…

A few years ago I moved from the Southeastern US to the Pacific Northwest. The upgrade in diner food from Waffle House to Black Bear blew my mind.

Which, spoonerized, is Yuk Fu. Still fitting!
