I usually just eat whatever gets behind ears. Not much of cleaning behind ears except when putting shampoo on hair so it probably cleans itself like that.

Caffeine and alcohol

I get more normal after a bottle of alcohol, but go back into my normal after 2nd bottle and 3+ I’m bassically dead. That is why I only drink for the taste.
