As a whole sure. If you have cash to play the game though it’s become very predictable. But if you have cash to play the game you’re not really in the bottom tier of the working class. At this point there’s sort of a second tier of the working class that used to be the “middle class”- owns a house, has a retirement account, a paid off car, probably some sort of emergency savings. These are the people still clinging to the American dream, and can win the game (but are effectively barred from the upper echelons of society still as is the rest of the working class).

Can’t wait for my $3 check. Maybe people could pool the settlement money and hire some sort of person to punish the board members publicly… Maybe toe them to a chair at a amateur guitar convention for Oasis enthusiasts.

I mean best people who are also politicians. Arguably Trump is the best politician, because despite openly being an absolute trainwreck of a human being he somehow has had power twice.

There are a lot of people who live their lives in this type of protest, insofar as is possible. The more the merrier. We have to build the systems and future we want, nobody else will.

That’s the worst part. Huge waste right when we need to be lowering our footprint. The only positive will be damage to extractive international capitalism based on fossil fuels, and potentially the pressure to make economies more local and less fossil fuel dependent.
