7·12 hours agoSometimes, you can cancel it immediately after signing up and still maintain the free trial without being charged. Sometimes.
I still would rather not give them my info. Amazon fucked it up for everyone with how they would continue to try and charge me multiple times after cancelling service (which was already fucking super difficult to do).
5·13 hours agoThe new one fucking sucks ass, too. If the app isn’t already open, tapping the widget does not open it, and unless you make it like twice the size of the old one, it shows less info.

11·14 hours agoThe article is about lead particles in the air from the bullets, but I feel like it would also reduce the other kind of lead poisoning from guns caused by school shooters if the angry kid can’t access his parent’s guns.
2·15 hours agoLemmy.World, where this is posted, doesn’t hide downvotes. However, federation between instances can sometimes not show the accurate vote totals and will be different depending on where you’re viewing it from.
SPECULATOR sees 64 up 0 down; I only see 62 up but also 0 down. 🤷♂️

This is a case where I believe he was driven insane by the bullshit surrounding healthcare.

I miss these… Nobody near me sells them since I moved. Walmart used to have their own knock-offs that were just as good (a little smaller but also like $2 cheaper) but they don’t anymore.
Sometimes I just want a cheap, quick microwave burger or chicken sandwich, but I still want it to taste decent. These are just that. The actual worst burgers are what Sysco sells to schools and what gas stations have near the hotdogs.
If I was programming for a Resident Evil game, I’d make it so that if you lined up items all the way across the breifcase, they would disappear like Tetris.
If we had just one, it would be very hard to move.
IDK why we changed it from Gridiron. That shit sounds way cooler.
