@OP I think you can disable those somewhere in the Reddit app (but then again, you shouldn’t use the Reddit app in the first place).

4-6 hours, because of kids. It’s not ideal, but I’ve gotten used to it.

As long as you feel well, I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Everyone is built differently.
