5·4 days agoOh man, thank you - I KNEW that was in Terminator 3, but having seen it recently and it wasn’t there I figured it must have been a phantom memory. Now I know it was the deleted scenes!

41·5 days agoThere was a settlement brokered by the US, but multiple States’ Attorney’s General (~30) said fuck that and went to trial. Jury ruled it’s a monoply. So now it goes on to the “find out” stage. I don’t think the jury or AGs will be playin’

Not sure. I haven’t designed them but follow a few projects closely enough to have seen the designer saying the plant called about questionable traces. I’ve only ever bought bare PCBs.
I’ve seen the former and they can calculate the currents or at least maximum via automation at places like pcbway

- you investigate your own issues
- are almost never held accountable
- fabricate and/or “lose” evidence as needed
- when you are held accountable, you personally never pay
- never, EVER need to apologize
- and probably the most important… nothing ever changes with the first 5.


Microsoft’s Sculpt was a staple that fit this bill until they stopped producing them a few years back, but another company is now producing it (I think the OG manufacturer for Microsoft). I bought one recently to replace an aging Microsoft board and it looks, feels, and functions exactly the same. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F5YNL62D…
