My eyesight isn’t sharp enough to make out the license plates, but I can see a huge orange billboard with slogan “разом ми незламні” (meaning “together we are invincible” in Ukrainian) which is clearly visible at 0:16. Goddammit, there’s even giant Ukrainian trident on it.

I guess the headline refers to percentages, since the territory of Crimea alone is more than twice the size of entire Lebanon.
