I’ve got a good college radio station in the area. They don’t just play the same songs on repeat but play a good mix of alternative rock. Awkward student DJs and minimal ads.

Turn based games work the best for this, you can stop playing at any moment or resume at any moment without any issues. I played Civilization III for most lectures through university. Civ III does run under Proton but not well. Civ V has a native build, and would be a good entry point into the series.

I love how much this one video has done to explain new car safety.

I don’t feel fulfilled as a programmer unless I’m inputting instructions by hand on punch cards. I refuse to work anywhere or use software that uses any higher level abstractions. It might feel faster using Assembly or using a keyboard but there’s actually no productivity gains.

The web server is in C#. It’s open source lol, I’m looking at the code and there’s no JavaScript.

Axios is a Javascript library and Jellyfin is written in C#.
