    Strengthen your abs and lift properly and do stretches every day and your back will attack you less.

    When it does attack you, attack it back with electroshock pads.

    Make it pay for attacking you.

      Same. It only took me a few weeks of consistent lifting to make an old shoulder injury feel so much better.

    I think it’s possible I am the only person I know in my age group and up that does not have chronic back pain of some kind, even despite my big ol’ milkers.

    I do consider myself to be very lucky
