but much bigger as a failure of poor infrastructure condition and market that can’t adapt. Many places have a poor state of infrastructure that could fail like this, and the market can’t adapt to the need regardless of what city failed
Priorities seem straight to me. Impoverish non-white Americans so that old richwhitemen can do whatever they want.
