Last time i had someone tell me i am ableist after using ADD in a hypothetical scenario because the specific traits and challenges of ADD fit the situation too good to not use the term (and i used it because i seem to fulfill 9/9 medical criteria for ADD and it was simply the first thing i thought of because of my own experience with the symptoms)
When you’re more concerned about your ability to belittle others than actually enabling others, that you have to use authoritarian rhetorics on someone that has a DNI on their bio.
Insults have many uses. I am not sure insulting your first dates is an appropriate course of action, since ShesLaurenK hasn’t gotten his accepting-of-belittlement partner yet.
