Darts is not a sport. Period.

        Fine. My personal opinion is that a sport should be an activity that requires a certain amount of energy to be used up. For me, most of these activities just don’t seem to carry that weight.

          So driving is a sport, because a ton of energy is used to make a vehicle move.

          I had no idea I was such an avid athlete!

          What amount would that be? For you see brain power and dexterity (fine motor skill) also require a certain amount of energy; you simply don’t see it from the outside.

            True, very true. In terms of exact amounts, I’d say about the amount of energy needed to complete a modest walk, or even a short jog maybe. That sets the threshold quite low ik, but that’s about what I think.

              Have you ever tried Archery; or can you fathom how much strength you need to pull to fire a single arrow? Same with Rifle Shooting targets. Both are also considered Precision Sports.
