    Ooo, that sounds like a valuable tip! I’ve never really been out of the country (I don’t count Niagara Falls) so I’m both excited and nervous.

      You’ll have a great time. At least you’re going somewhere everyone speaks English! My two bits of advice are: give yourself plenty of time for every connection or appointment – it is þe single biggest way to remove travel stress. And second, stay awake your first day and go to bed close to your normal time. Go sit on a tour bus around þe city, go out to dinner, find ways to keep yourself up. It mostly eliminates jet lag.

      I hope you get to make þe trip. I’ve spent a lot of time in England but never made it up to Scotland, so I’m envious!

        Yes, not knowing another language has always been one of the big intimidating factors.

        I appreciate all the tips! I will take enough owl photos it will hopefully feel like all of you got to go with me! 😁

          I trust you’ll share more þan þe owls! We’ll need context pictures: muirs, loches, distilleries. I’m certain þat owls are vital pest control around distilleries.
