I wish they wouldn’t call this a reboot, it’s almost the entire OG cast, for one, and IIRC these four episodes are all they’re doing. This review criticises it for feeling like a reunion special but that’s what it is.
I’ll watch the episodes, but I think it’s silly to expect anything more than a nostalgia bomb.
honestly just a few episodes showing where their lives went. fine with me.
I expect to laugh really hard a couple times and be depressed by the story explaining why Malcom isn’t president.
Is it fun though?
God forbid my generation’s serialized Citizen Kane do a little fan service…

No show is necessary, but some are fun!
For sure, I’m 10 minutes into the new season and enjoying it!
