Yes, the result of the Mend Buttcrack spell would be an acquired anorectal malformation, for which there are several surgical repairs. I don’t think those account for loose angry wizards though, so long-term effects may be uncertain.
Hmmm… can Darth Vader do this or can he only Force touch things that he can actually touch? Like if a balloon is inside another balloon, can he Force touch the inside balloon or only the outer one?
