A man shot dead by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Maine is a 26-year-old Colombian migrant, who was killed in front of his toddler daughter in her pajamas.
The man, who has not yet been named, had an open arrest warrant and was the subject of the ICE operation on Monday that ended with him being killed.
It is unclear why or when arrest warrant was issued. Details of the victim’s identity began to emerge as disturbing footage showed the victim’s white Kia sedan drive slowly in circles while being chased by officers.

6mo since Good was shot and DHS is still “rolling out” bodycams. But somehow they were able to issue every piece of equipment needed for a battlefield in less than a month to every ICE agent and desk jockey.
