Experiences vary. My 67 year old mother requires my help every few months because Ubuntu managed to fuck up itself again. Or because she managed to do so. I wish I could switch her to something more stable (fuck, even Windows didn’t give here that much trouble back in the days), but due to an accident she can’t handle a change like that anymore.
