Are you not capable of learning from history? Again, you could’ve said the same thing about Libya. Does Libya in 2026 look like a thriving democracy to you? Then why do you want to do the same thing in Iran?

Tbf the US never had that much power, soft or otherwise, over China. The US is (very fortunately) hemorrhaging soft power, but even if they weren’t China would be jumping at this opportunity.

$2 billion isn’t how much it costs to bring them back; it’s how much it costs to bring them back without making any concessions to Iran. There was always the option where they’re brought back through negotiations with Iran, which would’ve cost far less than $2 billion.

It’s… really not. Outside of key historically American-friendly regions, Trump is just seen as another imperialist ghoul running America in a long line of imperialist ghouls running America.

The vast majority of Congress either agree with his actions wholeheartedly or agree in principle and are only opposed to the incompetent execution. Imperialism is bipartisan.

American-owned sata centers are actually legal targets, because they’re used to process intelligence and provide strike targets. They’re basically equivalent to a CIA office. Israel also does this.

Iran has been arming resistance to Israeli colonialism for decades, but that does not in any way make Israel a victim. Palestinians and Lebanese have the right to defend themselves, and Iran has the right (and, like the rest of the world, moral duty) to help them defend themselves.
