To expand - a structured settlement is when you sue someone, and they settle out of court, but part of the settlement is that they pay out over time, not all of it immediately.

It’s certainly engagement bait. I don’t know what kind of engagement they’re expecting. They might be expecting rage. They might be expecting intrigue.
Yeah, a lot of the time the fuel door either locks with the regular doors or they require pulling a lever in the cabin. That being said, people forget to lock their doors sometimes, and I can’t imagine the latch is that strong.

I meant “Why does it matter whether it’s military leadership or state policy?” - either way, it’s going to be what the military is executing.
It could just be weird phrasing. It could be that he’s saving up for it and plans to have the money at that time. He’s expecting to have the money, so he’s expecting to buy it, or put another way he’s “got it coming”
Why does it matter?
They want this to succeed so bad - a vulnerability that involves prompt injection by way of a visual would get fixed quickly.
