The way i see this is that problem with Ai is the way that a network feeds into it. But you in stead had a local Ai on your pc, which controlled fully, these issues would not be so relevant. So a two step approach would be to use copyright arguments for personal data against the use of aggregated stuff into ai. Meaning that once you delete your account with AI, your data is totally blanked out, and it learnt nothing. But your local AI on your PC might learn, and when you die, you may donate it to your children or have it deleted. And it will then tell your offspring what you wondered about while you lived. But this will your choice.
