    I think we (as EU together, not just one city) should:

    1. Hybrid warfare back at the Russians & fascists
    2. Build our sovereign hardware and make sure AI is in the hands of labourers, not of the fascists
    3. Prevent elites from moving themselves and their capital abroad
    4. Expropriate, Extinguish & Earn the wealth from the elites.

        Maybe they cannot change the world, but a city-state can lead by example.

        The mayorship of Zohran Mamdani, for example, inspires the denizens of the entire USA and then some
