I confess I’m a woman who became interested in the community “Dull Men’s Club” because sometimes people just wanna post mundane photos & talk about mundane things, but for some reason it’s a “men’s club” so I’d lurk without posting or commenting. Then a few weeks later I found the “Dullsters” community which is probably a better fit. 😄
I think that’s a reasonable approach! This community specifically asks men not to comment or post so it’d be great if they decided to listen like that instead!
Seems logical since only obnoxious people disregard rules in life. And unfortunate they’re the ones we hear the most because they’re the ones who make themselves heard.
What happens to men who post here has been well documented. There have been hundreds of good peer reviewed studies with large sample sizes that all show exactly what happens. This is not an area that needs further study.
And we see no irony in going into a women-only community, making assumptions about how a woman speaks, and telling her to try talking less?

It’s unfortunate we only see the obnoxious dudes. I bet there are wonderful people listening on the sidelines, respecting our space.
