Also fun how the horse can’t stop won’t stop until it runs a certain distance. Which is accurate based on some animals I’ve met.
Horses will literally run to their death if spooked bad enough.

Most land animals can be chased to exhaustion. That was (and perhaps still is) a hunting tactic of some human tribes.
Many dogs will run/walk to their death just to keep up with their humans, which I think is much cuter and much dumber than being spooked to death.
