Yea, man. That can really mess with your guts, I hear
Buy Pepsi
I guess I don’t hate myself enough.
Plot twist: soda boxes are full of dildos.
Wait 'til you open the produce drawer.
Just the essentials…
The essentials and some beverages!
Thought I was the only one that chilled my alien dildos.
Normal Coke Enjoyer.
Walnuts in the refrigerator? That’s weird.
Nah, keep them from getting rancid in the summer heat.
alt: an elephant standing inside a room. text at the bottom says “address me”.Why the hell do you have your cokes packaged in cardboard?
easier to transport that way
Okay but I have more questions.
Why are they storing all those in the fridge? They could have 2 of them in there and the other cokes outside, that would be much more space efficient. There would be much more space for things other than cokes.
Thermal mess keeps the fridge cooler when opening the door
I should buy a dildo but I’m still too scared to put anything in my ass. Gotta practice first anyways.
Edit : I could also go for some Coke Zero.
Probably start with the dildo. The shape is gonna be easier to get used to.
uhm so from my experience is that it’s all psychological. the question is only whether you can relax deeply enough (pun intended)
At least you’re eating your vegetables
Using the lettuce to clean them out…
who says that vegetable’s not just there to rot?
I’ve also got an egg!
Nice try Violet08, you’ve exposed your alt account.
I was actually going to say, unlike the violet LARP situation, op actually bringing receipts.
I understand why folks think violet is a LARP, but I don’t. She’s too matter of fact about her posts and doesn’t seem to care very much if folks give her attention for it or not. She barely comments in reply to her posts, and most of all she has explicitly said she’ll never share a pic of herself.
I think someone larping would be way more over the top with what and how they posted, would post and comment more frequently, and would for sure generate some AI thirst trap (or just steal someone else’s picture) and claim it to be her.
YMMV, and reasonable folks can disagree, but I think violet is exactly what she claims to be.
you know what? you’re right, I really shouldn’t be browsing Lemmy at work
Fridge full of Cock-a-Cola.
No Chance, or was he too big to fit in there?
Why on earth do you keep walnuts in a fridge?
It’s not a terrible idea, the oils can go rancid.
This! Nuts belong in the fridge.
Better pack OP into the fridge too, then.
Instructions unclear, nuts stuck to ice cream, send help.
My fiery dragon breath might help with that. Hold still! 🔥🐲
No! Bad dragon! You’ll burn their nuts! And the salad!
Also, clever reference there. Take my updoot 👍
Whoops! My bad!
Your freezer is way too cold if stuff can get stuck to ice cream.
You have to eat nuts pretty slowly for this to be a problem in my experience. I have had nuts go rancid but they were really old. It’s like sauces - they say “keep refrigerated” on the bottle but if you use them consistently it’s better not to crowd the fridge/keep space for higher priority things.
Who leaves nuts around long enough for them to go rancid?
Trees
Last time I invite the Trees over.
If you find a deal for some that can easily happen. I fucking love nuts but it’s easy to get tired of them after eating one kind every day for a while, it’s a good idea to put them in the freezer until you get a craving again.
You know you can get your hands on mixed nuts, right?
I just bought like 5 pounds of nuts from bulk barn. They’ll be gone in a couple of weeks lol
Not all nuts, just oily ones like walnuts.
Heh, oily nuts.
Shelled nuts belong in the fridge and unshelled ones outside.
Huh, I thought oils went rancid because of oxygen? I didn’t think cold slowed that process for oils very much.
i think there was a law that 10°C temperature difference cuts the reaction rate of biochemistry in half.
Cold slows many chemical reactions, including this one. Nuts will last even longer in the freezer.
Removing them from an oxygen environment will also slow the reaction.
This is why I use the vacuum on my nuts.
Also moths
Not in walnuts, no.
Yes in walnuts, yes. I just tossed a bag not long ago for that reason.
Like, in tropical climate? My mom (farmer) dries them, fresh from the tree, in the heating room for a month or two, before they can even be demoulded. Can then be kept at least a year.
But it takes like a year or so.
Look at this guy, eating a whole bag of walnuts in only a year.
Is this like the reddit thread where you can eat a door in a year?
What is the nutritional value of a door? Would this diet need to be substituted with anything else?
Keep all the salad stuff together? Or in my case, we have almost no cabinet storage or pantry so all our groceries go in the fridge
Seriously. Should keep them in the freezer instead.
